About membership

The membership of EPILPA is only allowed as per eligibility criteria. Mere payment of membership fees does not entitle the applicant to membership. The application for membership is discussed during the Managing Committee meeting. The applicant becomes a member of EPILPA only after the Managing Committee approves the application.

We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend and hold harmless EPILPA and its Managing Committee, along with affiliates, partners, officers, agents, contractors, service providers and employees, from any claim or demand, including reasonable attorneys' fees, made by any third party due to or arising out of your breach of these terms or your violation of any law or the rights of a third party.

Jurisdiction

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India and the jurisdiction of courts at Mumbai, Maharashtra.
