About EPILPA
EPILPA is the ESI, PF and Other Labour Laws Practitioners' Association, registered under the Public Trust Act and the Societies Registration Act. It is a not-for-profit organisation representing a large number of labour law, payroll and compliance practitioners across India.
Incorporated in 1995, EPILPA's registered office is in Borivali, Mumbai. It works in the interest of its members, who are largely engaged in labour and employment law and compliance practice.
To keep its members ahead of the time, EPILPA conducts seminars and webinars and ensures its members are always updated on every front of labour and employment law.
Our vision
EPILPA's vision is to create a friendly atmosphere for its members and to ensure that every member can practise law independently, without fear of reprisal, and is respected at each door of justice.
EPILPA strives for a world where its members practise freely and independently, upholding the rule of law and the protection of the deprived class of workers, and ensuring that their clients extend all statutory benefits to their workers. EPILPA emphasises brotherhood amongst its members and provides them all support within its limits.

EPILPA advocates for its members' rights and interests, upholds justice, equality and integrity in professional practice, and helps members guide their clients through the complexities of the legal system. It maintains the highest standards of professional ethics and contributes to the development of legal platforms through rigorous analysis, thoughtful interpretation, and regular offline and online programmes.
