One of EPILPA's main priorities is the privacy of the people who use this website. This policy explains what information we collect and how we use it. It applies only to information shared with or collected through this website.

Information we collect

When you apply for membership, register for an event or order a publication, we ask for your name, contact details, firm and address. The reason we ask for each piece of information is made clear at the point we ask for it. If you contact us directly, we receive the contents of your message and any attachments you send.

To process membership applications and renewals
To register you for events and deliver publications you order
To send circulars, notifications and updates you are entitled to as a member
To maintain the member directory, where you control whether you are listed
To prevent fraud and keep the website secure

Payments

Payments are processed by our payment gateway. EPILPA does not store your card or bank details.

Your rights

You can ask us for a copy of the personal data we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it where we are not required to keep it. Write to info@epilpa.org and we will respond within 30 days.
